All registered users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in their registration or account profile by contacting us at customerservice@johnandbobs.com If you would like us to remove your records from our system, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation to retain the record.

We reserve the right to terminate your account or restrict access to your account, to delete any content posted through your account, or to delete any content posted by you, with or without notice, for any or for no reason, and without any liability to you.

Conditions of Sale and Warranty

It is impossible to eliminate all risks associated with the use of this product. Unintended consequences may result because of weather and plant conditions which are beyond the control of John & Bob's Corporation and the Seller. Buyer and user assume all risks and liability resulting from the handling, storage or use of the material. In no case shall John & Bob's Corporation or the Seller be liable for damages or losses resulting from the handling or use of this product. The foregoing is a condition of sale by John & Bob's Corporation and is accepted as such by the Buyer

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply send us a copy of your receipt or empty package, along with a brief explanation of what went wrong and we will promptly refund your money. No questions asked!
